Works as advertised; superb support; strongly recommend

After reading and rereading all comments, pro and con, I downloaded the app. I then had some questions. Result? In less than two hours, and allowing for major time differences, I received a gracious, precise and detailed response to each of my multiple questions. As they used to say, Houston, we have a liftoff!!! I dont know the specifics re those critical of the app, but my experience is 100% consistent with those giving the app five stars!
